The Mobridge-Pollock School District will host a Strategic Action Planning session on December 2, 2025, to help shape the district’s direction for the next three to five years. Stakeholders will review survey data, examine student achievement results, and identify key priorities that will guide future district efforts. Two sessions will be held in the High School library: one for staff from 3:30–5:30 PM and one for community members and parents from 6:00–8:00 PM. Those interested in participating are encouraged to email Stephen Vigliotti at Stephen.vigliotti@k12.sd.us. All staff, parents, and community members are invited to attend and ensure their voices are part of this important planning process.

Mobridge-Pollock high school band students performed at the Legends Theater for “Branson On Stage Live.” They opened for the Legend In Concert including impersonators of Shania Twain, Toby Keith, the Blues Brothers, the Judds, and Elvis. Thank you to the educators and chaperones for making this trip possible for our students.

Due to inclement weather, the Mobridge-Pollock School District will be dismissing at 2:00 p.m. All after-school activities and activity bus services are canceled.
This evening's MS Girls Basketball games against Linton are cancelled. We will attempt to reschedule for a later date.

Our high school art students have been working hard this year completing these fantastic projects. They are working through units experimenting with new techniques with guidance from Ms. Street.

Congratulations to the All State Choir singers who performed in the 73rd Annual SD HS All State Choir this past weekend. Thank you to PTO for donating flowers.

Tomorrow night's Region 6A quarterfinal volleyball match versus Stanley County will be held tomorrow at 7pm in the Mobridge-Pollock HS Gym. No passes will be accepted. Admission will be $6 for adults and $4 for students. GO TIGERS!!!

The National Honor Society induction was held Monday evening at the Great Plains family restaurant. Congratulations to the new inductees: Cruz Dietterle, Tyler Schmeichel, Wyatt Henderson, Jesse Schneider, Jeremiah Jahraus, Alexis Perman, Tatum Silbernagel, Pacey Konold, and Jersey Frederick. Mr. Stephen Vigliotti was the guest speaker. Thank you to Mr. Weisbeck and the NHS students for all they have done for our community this past year.



We are excited to welcome back the Build Dakota Roadshow to MPHS. We encourage business leaders and parents to attend with our students and educators to learn more about investing in the future of Mobridge. The presentation will be in the Middle School theater.
Mobridge Pollock Schools will be dismissing at 1:20 PM on Thursday, October 23rd. The early dismissal will be for all schools.
Our 1st round playoff game on Thursday vs. MVP will be a 6pm kick-off played at Mt. Vernon.
